By accessing or using the Page 99 ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
To purchase books, you must create an account with a valid email address and password meeting our security requirements (minimum 12 characters, at least one letter and one digit). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All items listed on the Platform are preloved (second-hand) books. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including shipping costs.
Every book is graded according to our standardized condition scale. Grades are assigned by trained operators and supported by photographs of the actual copy. For details on each grade, see our Condition Guide.
Adding a book to your cart places a temporary reservation on that item. Reservations expire after a set period. If a reservation expires, the item will be removed from your cart and may become available to other shoppers.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Our returns policy is detailed on our Returns Policy page. All returns are subject to the conditions outlined there.
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and text, is the property of Page 99 Marketplace or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page 99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant transaction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
