Our Grading Process

Each book that enters our inventory goes through a multi-step quality process:

2. Grading: A trained operator inspects the book and assigns a condition grade.
3. Photography: The actual copy is photographed to document its condition.
4. Annotation: Any specific wear or markings are documented as condition annotations.
5. Review: The listing is reviewed before publication to ensure accuracy.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe a book's condition does not match its listing:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@prelovedbooks.com.
2. Include your order number and a description of the discrepancy.
3. We may request photographs of the item received for comparison.
4. Our team will review the claim within 3 business days.

Resolution Options

If your claim is accepted, we offer:

• Full refund: Including original and return shipping costs.
• Replacement: If another copy of the same Work is available at equivalent or better condition.
• Partial refund: If the condition difference is minor and you wish to keep the book.

Secure Payments
